Before you begin using World of Enlighten, please carefully review these Terms & Conditions, as they govern your use of our platform. World of Enlighten is committed to creating a safe and harmonious environment for all users, and these Terms & Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities of Guides while using our platform.

Please note that World of Enlighten Ltd has been dissolved, and the business is currently operating as a sole trader.

By accessing or using the World of Enlighten platform as a Guide, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use World of Enlighten.

1. Definitions

• World of Enlighten: Refers to the World of Enlighten platform and its associated services provided by World of Enlighten Ltd.
• Guide: Refers to the holistic wellbeing practitioner who offers services on the World of Enlighten platform.
• Seeker: Refers to the user who seeks and books services offered by Guides.
• Services: Refers to the holistic wellbeing modalities and offerings provided by Guides, including but not limited to meditation, breathwork, energy healing, plant medicine, retreats, and other transformative practices.

1. Platform Purpose

World of Enlighten serves as a booking system and marketplace for Guides to showcase and offer their services to Seekers. World of Enlighten does not provide holistic wellbeing services directly but facilitates the connection between Guides and Seekers. World of Enlighten's role is strictly limited to providing a platform for booking and discovery.

1. Guide Responsibilities

As a Guide, you agree to the following:

a. Accurate Profile Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information on your World of Enlighten profile, including your qualifications, offerings, pricing, and availability.

b. Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to your practice and the services you offer through World of Enlighten.

c. Professionalism: You must maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity when interacting with Seekers and providing your services.

d. Client Relationships: World of Enlighten does not endorse or oversee the services provided by Guides. You are solely responsible for the quality of your services and any client relationships you establish.

e. Reviews and Ratings: You understand that Seekers may leave reviews and ratings of your services. World of Enlighten does not control or edit these reviews, but we reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our content guidelines.

1. Pricing and Fees

a. Platform Fee: World of Enlighten takes a 5% commission on all successful bookings made through the platform. This fee is deducted from the total amount paid by the Seeker.

b. Variable Fees: Certain Guides' fees may vary depending on individual agreements between the Guide and World of Enlighten. These variations will be clearly communicated to the affected Guides.

1. Payments

a. Payment Processing: All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By using the World of Enlighten platform, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions.

b. Payment Claims and Disputes: All payment claims and disputes are to be resolved directly between Guides and Seekers. World of Enlighten is not liable for any payment-related issues, claims, or disputes.

1. Disclaimers

a. No Liability: World of Enlighten is not liable for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from interactions between Guides and Seekers, including disputes over service quality, cancellations, or any other issues related to the services provided.

b. Client Relationships: World of Enlighten does not establish, supervise, or take responsibility for any client relationships between Guides and Seekers. Any agreements, bookings, or interactions between Guides and Seekers are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

c. Advice and Information: Information and advice provided on World of Enlighten, including any content posted by Guides, is for informational purposes only. It should not be considered as professional advice or a substitute for professional services or medical advice.

d. Liability Release: Guides and Seekers release World of Enlighten, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or damages, known or unknown, arising from or in any way connected with their use of the World of Enlighten platform.

1. Termination

World of Enlighten reserves the right to terminate or suspend Guides' access to the platform for any violation of these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.

World of Enlighten may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Guides will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
